Continental Travelers team will guide and assists students in their application process from start to finish, including in advising students the necessary documents required by each institution and embassy for a student visa.

Our assessment will depend on your nationality with the current visa requirement, we will take you through the GTE (Genuine Temporary Entry) and Financial capacity requirements to ensure you meet the institution and the visa requirements before your application will be accepted by us to make sure we have a successful application.

7 STEPS TO GET IT DONE

1. We provide free counseling services to help student to select the institution that meet their education budget and career goals. Our education team can also negotiate with the institution for a flexible payment plans.

2. Once all the requirement is met, all applications forms dated and sign by student and supporting certified documents are promptly forwarded to the appropriate Institutions for processing.

3. Once application is processed, we receive your Letter of Offer

4. Student accept the offer and meet the conditions set on the offer letter, student send their required tuition payment direct to the institution and forward us the proof of payment.

5. We receive the student Confirmation of Enrollment.

6. We assist in submission of visa application

7. We assist students in acquiring our special discount airline tickets and offer exclusive packages such as airport transfer and temporary accommodation for your first week at the destination.

STEP 1 Begin your online application:

When you begin the application process, you will be transferred to the Student Portal  where you will complete and submit your application. You will be required to create an  Account by clicking REGISTER NOW below:

STEP 2 Schedule a day or time for your interview:

After you have completed Step 1 of the registration process and the Step 2 for the interview has been successful , within 24 hours to 48 hours you will receive an email from us with instructions for claiming your identity (username and password) to access the STUDENT PORTAL,  the APPLICATION PROCESS SYSTEM to track your entire process.

STEP 3 Upload your certified documents:

– (Only documents legalized / verified by recognize authority will be accepted)

– Once you have accessed your Student Portal account, you can upload your supporting documents. To do so, log in to Student Portal navigate to SEND US A FILE.

– You will see a list of the documents you need to upload and complete based on your program.

– Please remember to name each document.  For example: Passport copy

– Once you have uploaded all of your required documents, your Statement of Purpose and the GTE Form, your application is complete and ready for review.

STEP 4: Track your application progress 24/7 Once you have successfully pass our Interview, GTE Requirements and verification for your documents, we will forward your complete application and supporting documents to your chosen Institution for processing. STEPS TO BE COMPLETED BY STUDENTS

To start our assessment, we need:

• Complete the GTE evaluation form;• Letter of intent / Statement of Purpose (Please Note: This will be reviewed by our team to ensure it meet the requirement);

• Official translation of all required documents to English in case the documents is in another language other than English and all documents should be notarized for authentication. Cartorio for Brazilians, lawyers, Minister of Foreign/Home Affairs, Supreme High Court or The Notary Public Services. (PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept documents that are not authenticated by any of the described Authorities)

• Face to face interview or via Video Skype

Our team will cross check your GTE Form, Statement of Purpose, the authentication of your documents, the financial documents and the interview to determine your eligibility. Once all the above is met, we will forward your complete application and documents to the Institutions/embassies as soon as possible.
